To sign up for Palo Alto Rowing Club crew, the forms for the 2010/2011 Season (attached below) need
to be filled out completely, signed and brought to practice.
Along with the forms bring:
Copy of Drivers' License, Student ID or
Passport. Copy of Auto Insurance if rower is driving Copy of Parent's Drivers' License
